SILLS, Daniel “Dan”
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of an amazing man and father Dan, who passed away peacefully with family by his side on October 21, 2016. Reunited with the love of his life and soul mate Margaret (nee Morley). Son of the late Leslie and Gladys Sills of Windsor. Loving father of Kirk (Veronika), Brenda Attard (Rick) and Kevin. Adored grandfather to Dayna Dufour (Steve), Kyle Sills (Cortney) and Wesley Attard. Cherished great-grandfather to Everley and Elora Dufour. Dear brother of Michael Sills (Joyce) and the late Dorothy Ann. Uncle to Dave Sills (Heather), Ken Sills (Alison) and Kristen Morris (Jay), two great nephews and four great nieces as well as many extended family members. A special thank you to Dr. Cargill, Dr. Aoun and the wonderful nurses and staff who cared for Dan in his final days. Dan will be missed by his many close friends, as well as friends and neighbours at Royal Windsor Terrace. Dan had an extensive career in the automotive industry before retiring to travel with his beloved wife where they visited many countries together. Dan spent many years with his wife, family and friends at the family trailer. Where they enjoyed boating, golfing, long weekends and lots of wonderful memories. Dan will be sadly missed but never forgotten. A private family service has taken place. If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
"Come Sail Away With Me"
